Where are products made?

I am located in the Bay Area, California and all products are made in the heart of my living room and garage!

How are products made?

For bags,  I usually find fabrics I like from local fabric shops, create a pattern then sew with my sewing machine. For accessories I get charms/beads from Etsy or local bead shops.

When are restocks/how can I be updated?

For certain bags they do not restock and are limited edition. Fabrics are always changing and everything is ethically made in small batches to create less waste. Quantities vary in many of the products. For updates, join the mailing list or follow us on instagram @milmilmark3t and we are pretty active with updates on restocks/new arrivals. 

Where do you Ship?

We currently only ship in the United States. If you are located out of the United States and have any questions message our email. Due to Covid-19 please expect slight delays. 

Can I return or cancel my purchase?

All sales are final! milmil a small business, everything is mostly operated and made by me but if you have any concerns please contact us through email camile@milmilmark3t, instagram dm or depop dm. 

What do I do if my order gets lost?

Orders getting lost, stolen or damaged is a rare thing to happen but if it does milmil is not responsible. After we ship out, we are no longer responsible for what happens while the package is in transit. If there is a problem with your order when it does arrive and you have any questions/concerns contact us through email, instagram dm or depop dm. 

When will my order arrive? 

Shipping typically takes 1-3 days to arrive. Please allow 3-14 business days of processing time. Please keep in mind all accessories are handmade by me and I try my best to make sure all orders are good quality. Processing time also depends on the type of product. After your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will give you access to track your order.
